Account Login: You can check status of an order at anytime by just logging into your account. Inside your account you can see if the order has been shipped, and also obtain your tracking number after shipment.

How long before my order ships?
Most orders are processed and shipped within a few business days. If you need product immediately, please give us a call at 877-396-1655 and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you.
How much will shipping cost for my order?
The cost of shipping is calculated on our site directly through UPS. It is based on the weight and size of the product ordered, as well as the shipping option you choose.
Once I place an order for certificates can I return them?
We usually do not accept returns on certificate orders. We approach each return on a case by case basis, and may make exceptions under certain circumstances. Any returns accepted will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping costs.
